No matter if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, the programs provided in the MYLIFT Training App will dramatically improve your physique, increase your strength, and support your health. The workouts are balanced and engaging. Simply put, this program will help you create the best looking body possible.
We have 5 program splits available that accommodate 4-7 training days per week. These 5 program splits are all different versions of the same Master Program. As time goes on, we will be adding in more programs!
Having a full commercial gym at your disposal would be ideal. However, if you do not have one you can make this program work with: A barbell & dumbbells - (Resistance bands would be beneficial as well). I often have machines and cables prescribed in the programs - But, they are easily be substituted with the basic equipment listed above. If there is ever a piece of equipment prescribed in your program that you don't have access to, I have recommendations on how to substitute it!
YES. Updates occur frequently - The current program is updated every 1-2 weeks (typically every week) - New programs begin every 8-12 weeks. You must understand this: There is a balance between changing things up too little and too much. If you change things up too frequently, you will not build any familiarity or skill with the exercises that you perform. This will significantly lower your rate of results. Generally, if a program is LESS than 8 weeks long, it is not as effective as it could be. Therefore, that's why programs typically last for 8-12 weeks. Every program will evolve methodically over that 8-12 week period. Typically, the exercises in the program will remain the same, but the sets, repetitions, tempo, rest will be progressed in order to keep your body adapting. Rest assured, everything in the programs are the way they are in an effort to help you build muscle as efficiently as possible. Trust the process.
