Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MYLIFT mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Fitrev (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

MYLIFT is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

MYLIFT provides fitness, exercise, and wellness content for informational and educational purposes only.

  • The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • MYLIFT is not a medical device.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
  • You assume full responsibility for your participation in workouts and use of fitness data.
  • Stop using the Service and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, or discomfort.

Fitrev disclaims all liability for injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from use of the Service.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is required to use MYLIFT.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

MYLIFT offers paid subscriptions.

Billing Methods

Payments may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Stripe (for web or other supported platforms)

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Pricing and billing intervals are disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • You may manage or cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions through your platform account settings.
  • Stripe-based subscriptions are managed through your MYLIFT account or provided billing portal.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform-specific refund policies.

5. Health Data & Wearable Integration

MYLIFT may collect health-related and fitness data, including but not limited to:

  • Height, weight, and body metrics
  • Workout activity and performance data
  • Data synced from third-party wearables or fitness platforms

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of this data to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you provide or sync from third-party devices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or exploit the app
  • Post content that is abusive, misleading, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content & Social Features

MYLIFT allows users to upload and share content, including posts, images, comments, and workout-related data (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content, you grant Fitrev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the content you share
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Fitrev may remove User Content at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All MYLIFT content, features, workouts, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by Fitrev or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

MYLIFT may integrate with third-party services, platforms, or wearable devices.

Fitrev is not responsible for:

  • Third-party functionality or availability
  • Data accuracy from third-party services
  • Third-party privacy or security practices

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

Fitrev may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using MYLIFT at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fitrev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fitrev in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fitrev and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms

13. Privacy

Your use of MYLIFT is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MYLIFT after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
